Beach House Living Area
Low-scale furniture plan & custom hanging glass light fixture allows the eye unobstructed Long Island Sound views.

Seamless Indoor Outdoor Space
When furnishing all of the indoor spaces and balconies of this home, had to take into consideration that only a wall of folding glass doors separates the indoor & outdoor living spaces.

Beach House Breakfast Nook
Could spend the entire day in this corner of the house outfitted with mid-century icons.

Kitchen Space
Kitchens are where we spend the majority of our time at home, so they should be filled with functional pieces that you will be seeing and interacting with often.

Living Room Alcove
Large open floor plans with smaller conversational groupings can be seen in favorite period dramas set across the centuries, like Downton Abbey, The Queen & Little Women.

Living Room
Top your table with books picked up on your journeys, even if they do weigh down your suitcase. Hand knit throw in Loopy Mango yarn and pillows made from recycled fabrics give texture to this space.

Dining Space
There are bounty of ways to use dining tables, but when not in use it is fun to come up with various ways to create tablescapes. This giant whisky glass serves as a perfect terrarium to display collectibles.

Modern flair with ties to the past
Initially worked with this client at her previous residence where we replaced an unliked dining table with this one and then kept family heirloom chairs with their vintage fabric. We used a fun faux animal skin in a creamy white to replace the damaged fabric on the backs of the 2 end chairs.
We were able to reuse most of the furniture brought from the previous home in the new open floor plan, and the opportunity to add bold new pieces like the chandelier & the much wanted french bistro counter stools.

Brookyn Brownstone
Staged all 3 floors of this home to appeal to city families looking to spread out.

Mountain Retreat
Great flow in this weekend home. Replaced dated carpeting with walnut stained oak floors and rich wood furnishings to warm the space.

Foyer with Custom Designed Sideboard & Acoustical Panels
Rather than filling the foyer with too many rugs which would give the open floor plan a bazaar-like appearance, acoustical panels in a custom fabric were hung in a pattern to make one wonder if they are art, if noticed at all.
Custom designed sideboard in Brasilian Rosewood. Classical lines without the fussy details make it a modern centerpieces.

Filled this space that opens to a 3 story atrium with a combination of antiques & modern furnishings and lighting to make it a cozy place to curl up with a book or gaze out at the landscape or sunrise.

Office Space
Displays of collections, books and photographs thoughtfully fill this wall to wall shelf space. Balance and scale are taken into account for the entire composition.

Cheery Playroom
Prefer children playing in bright spaces filled with natural light if possible than dark caverns.

Cheery Playroom
Playthings & books placed within easy reach are ideal.

Victorian Living Room
Kept the furniture classic, but with clean lines & modern fabrics.

Living Room Alcove

Ping Pong Room with Custom Designed Acoustical Panels
An alternative way to use an unneeded lower level "bedroom" off of the rec room. Custom acoustical panels arranged in a pattern help contain the noise.

Rec Space
Lower level rec space opens directly to patio & pool area, serving a dual purpose as a summer season cabana.

Family Room with Custom Sliding Barn Doors
Modern shiplap wall and barn doors create a focal point backdrop as well as privacy when needed. Doors open to integrate the room into the rest of the open floor plan.

Outdoor Living
Outdoor living spaces are as important as indoor, now more than ever. Skipped the obvious seating and added these modern & low maintenance chairs by the firepit. Not heavy, they are easy to move around the entire outdoor space as needed.
